		Our copper fittings are most commonly used for air conditioning pipe works. And our copper fittings can be defined into two series namely wrought copper fittings and cast copper fittings and are available in two materials: copper and bronze.
		Copper fittings are used to connect with straight copper pipe or tubing. A Press Fitting is used in pipe systems to connect straight pipe or tubing sections, adapt to different sizes or shapes and for other purposes, such as regulating (or measuring) fluid flow. "Plumbing" is generally used to describe the conveyance of water, gas, or liquid waste in domestic or commercial environments; "piping" is often used to describe the high-performance (high-pressure, high-flow, high-temperature or hazardous-material) conveyance of fluids in specialized applications. "Tubing" is sometimes used for lighter-weight piping, especially that flexible enough to be supplied in coiled form.

Shape & Specification:

Copper fittings are used for many different connection types. Fittings can have male, female, or threaded ends. In print, male ends are abbreviated with a “C” and female ends with “FTG”. These aspects determine how a fitting should be installed. There are elbows, street-elbows, tees, Reducing Couplings, couplings, slip couplings, caps, threaded adapters, and threaded street-adapters.

Elbow:
		Copper pipe fitting is used to unite two pipes at an angle of 45°or 90°,having female connections at both ends.
Street Elbow:
		Copper pipe fitting joins pipes to fittings at an angle of 45°or 90°,having a female connection at one end and a male connection at the other.
Tee:
		Copper pipe fitting have a "T" shaped fitting that joins 3 pipes at a 90° angle.
Couplings:
		The copper fitting connect two pipes in a direct line, extending a run. They utilize an internal stop, which hinders a pipe from moving beyond its center.
Slip Couplings:
		Fitting Coupling have the same function as a standard coupling, but they’re designed without the stop feature so they can be used for repairs and instances where a normal coupling might be considered problematic.
Threaded Adapters:
		Combine copper piping to threaded pipes and fittings. Copper x Male adapters connect copper pipes to threaded fittings and Copper x Female adapters join copper piping to threaded pipes.
Installation There are three common joint types for copper fittings: brazing, soldering, and threaded. Brazing is a joining process by heating and melting the filler to bonds between fittings and tube. Compare to brazing, soldering is a slightly low temperature heating and melting process that carried out to bonds fittings and tube. Flux is often consumed during brazing or soldering process.
